By creating an account or using ProspectSonar, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and will comply with all local and international laws.
2. Use of Platform
ProspectSonar provides prospect discovery tools for professional use. Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Engaging in unauthorized scraping of platform data beyond provided API limits.
- Using data obtained for illegal marketing practices or spam.
- Attempting to circumvent platform security or access controls.
3. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ProspectSonar is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access due to user negligence.
4. Subscription & Billing
Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our specific refund policy.
5. Limitation of Liability
ProspectSonar provides data "as-is." We do not guarantee the accuracy of prospects and are not liable for any business losses resulting from the use of our platform.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity without prior notice.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
